14.06.2019 um 18:00 in Salmtal, Salmtal, Germany Refugees tell their story

HELLO TO EVERYONE!
At the beginning of 2019 we, a few committed people from Salmtal and surroundings, founded a local group under the campaign Seebrücke. Seebrücke stands symbolically for creating ways through which fugitives can safely flee and arrive here.
With our event – `REFUGEES TELL THEIR STORY’ – we are appearing publicly as a group for the first time and would like to take the opportunity to introduce ourselves and our goals.

The main focus of this evening will be on our invited guests. Four refugees from different countries would like to tell us about their experiences: What were the reasons for their flight? Which situations were they exposed to in their home towns? How did they escape? What were and are their wishes, hopes and goals? What is their current situation in Germany like?

The media and politicians have reported and discussed a great deal about refugees in recent years. But when do we actually talk WITH the people affected instead of about them?
The four people who come to us this evening want to share their stories with us.

AND WE CORDIALLY INVITE YOU TO JOIN US!

There will be the opportunity to ask questions and get in touch with us and the refugees.

After the event we would like to end the evening together with beer, lemonade and good music.
WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO YOU.

SPREAD THE WORD IN SALMTAL AND EVERYWHERE ELSE!
THERE IS NO QUIET COUNTRYSIDE!
